Offering our NHS and frontline key workers 25% off During May and June 2020

Here at Modarc we would like to show our appreciation to the NHS and frontline keyworkers during this testing time.

 As a thank you, we will be offering 25% off any estimates during May and June 2020 to anyone who can provide identification that they work for the NHS or are a frontline keyworker such as shop workers, care workers, emergency services, transport workers etc – ultimately anyone who is involved on the frontline risking their health daily to help the country function and make it through this pandemic.

If you have been wanting to extend your property, convert an existing building or build a new home we are here to help and offer our services at this reduced rate.
