Our clients approached us at Modarc to design a modern extension to the rear of his characterful 1930's house in Somerset. The key part to the brief was giving generous Kitchen / Dining space with better connection to the rear garden. The change in levels in the original house meant we had to get creative with rear extension and the links between old and new. This extension really does transform the rear of the property.
