First Floor extension over original bungalow and modernisation

Our clients approached us Modarc to redesign their current property to give it a modern feel and make the most of the views over Lyme Regis towards the Cobb.

The brief involved the removal of the original pitched roof and erection of a first floor level over the original bungalow and a first floor level over the original garage.

Planning approval was granted first time with the build completed using a timber frame constructed off site under a temporary scaffold roof to allow our clients to remain in the property.
