Single storey in-fill extension and detached ancillary accommodation building

This lovely old Arts and Crafts house in Lyme Regis was in need of some TLC throughout, however it also needed accommodation improvements to bring the ground floor in line with modern living. The brief given to Modarc was to create a modern extension, to set it apart from the original house. This single storey flat roof extension, gave my clients a stunning Kitchen / Dining Space with access on to a patio area which linked on to the new Ancillary Building. This building was designed to be similar in style and accommodated an annex along with a single garage and a games room. The planning permission was granted first time and the transformation has been very successful.
